They provided delicious appetizers (the Mac n Cheese bites were my favorite) for cocktail hour and an excellent variety of meats (definitely get the pork loin) and vegetables (the white cheddar mashed potatoes were to die for) for my daughter's wedding reception. They also went above and beyond to accommodate anyone with special dietary needs. Everyone bragged about how great everything tasted. She worked with me from the beginning and made sure to fit my budget, she created special plates for my parents who have sensitive allergies, she was VERY professional, she was constantly in touch with me about details, and come the day of the wedding, I KNEW I didn't have to worry about a thing catering wise!
